Research On Employment Of Basketball Major Undergraduates In Physical Education Major Of Wuhan Sports University

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress declares that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and that the satisfaction of people's material and cultural needs has reached a higher level,but the demand for a better life among the broad masses of the people is still increasing.More people's eyes have shifted to the satisfaction of spiritual life.Sports,as a leisure way to provide a variety of physical and spiritual enjoyment to the public in their spare time,is gradually accepted by the people,and basketball is especially prominent.And the heat comes one after another.It is the massive demand for all kinds of "products" related to basketball,which makes basketball own its own market and constantly develop new "products" to meet people's needs.In this context,more basketball professionals should be absorbed into this market so that the basketball market can continue to grow.However,the employment of college students majoring in basketball is not the case.When they graduate,they usually face the dilemma of narrow employment and fierce competition for jobs.Our country sports,the education department has very high expectation to the sports industry development,has given the very big support,the basketball sports as a sports sport subitem,it The market expansion is bound to be affected by the development of sports industry.The new opportunities brought by its development will have a certain impact on the concept of employment of basketball majors,which will be gradually reflected in the future and greatly affect the employment direction of basketball majors after graduation.This research takes the employment problem of basketball majors in Wuhan Sports University of Physical Education as the research object,and to investigate basketball majors of Grade 2012,2013,2014 and 2015 in the College of physical Education of Wuhan Sports University.By using the methods of literature research,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the employment status,employment concept and talent training of basketball students in Wuhan Sports University in recent years.The resultsare as follows:(1)it is the ideal job for most students majoring in physical education to enter the school to become a PE teacher,but the number of people who actually enter the school to work as a teacher is less than the one expected to be engaged in the work of teachers;The main reasons for this gap are the specialties,the number limits and the higher salary and salary expectations,expected working area of graduates.(2)the graduates' view of employment is more impacted by the social environment than those who are about to graduate.Most of them think about what suits them,not what suits their major,after going through a job search or a job for a period of time.Some students begin to know themselves again after they bump into a wall,and re-recognize their major.(3)Employment guidance is an indispensable part of college life for basketball majors in our college.Students need to form correct concepts about their studies and employment under the guidance of the school,and accumulate confidence in practice,gradually form a suitable personal employment plan.(4)if we want to deal with the employment problem of basketball majors,we should make a choice between the curriculum setup of basketball majors "returning to the foundation" and "widening the road",so as to give the students a clear direction of development.There is a clear difference between the requirements of the society for teaching posts and for the students trained in basketball market,as well as the obvious difference between "specialized and multi-functional" here.The school's guidance on students' employment needs to be more comprehensive,from the theoretical reserve of counselors to the evaluation of students' employment orientation,the promotion of graduates,practice training,psychological assistance to job-seeking skills teaching,and registration of graduates' supply and demand.Student Entrepreneurial Economic Aid,etc.Hold it together.
