In recent years,with the deepening of people's understanding of education and the impr ovement of attention,it becomes a consensus that children's education needs families,schools and all parties in society to cooperate,and home-school cooperation has been a trend in education.Combined with the thoughts of some educators on family education and the present situation that family education has been paid more attention in our country,the study holds that family education and school education,as two forces in the process of children's education,should be a joint force and support each other,thus to strengthen education and promote the all-round development of children.The purpose of this study is to explore the problem of cooperation,and to put forward the strategy to improve the cooperation.The main contents are as follows:The first part,introduction.This paper expounds the origin of the study from five aspects: the needs of the development of the times,the requirements of the modern school system,the needs of children's development,the need to solve the conflict between home and school,and the author's understanding of education.By reading the r e l e v a n t w o r k s,t h i s p a p e r d e f i n e s t h e c o n c e p t s o f p r i m a r y s c h o o l,h o m e-s c h o o l c o o p e r a t i o n.T h e p u r p o s e a n d s i g n i f i c a n c e o f t h i s s t u d y are put forward from four aspects: the significance,the content,the mode and effectiveness,and the research status of home-school cooperation.These theoretical basis of home-school cooperation are included: social capital theory,system ecology theory and overlapping influence domain theory.The second part is the analysis of the object of investigation.By meansof questionnaire and interview,the paper makes a survey on the cooperation between parents and schools in H City Economic Development District,and analyzes the current situation of this cooperation in the area based on the data.The H City Economic Development area is located at the junction of urban and rural areas,the parents are mainly: migrant workers in the city,and the parents are: workers,new citizens,university teachers and students,administrative institutions staff,and so on.The primary schools in this area are new schools.Therefore,the schools can represent the common characteristics of schools in similar areas in the process of urbanization.The third part is the problems existing in the cooperation.It's found that thereare inconsistency in the orientation of cooperation content,lack of planning,less interaction and cooperation between teachers and parents,insufficient cooperation ability,insufficient system,organization and evaluation guarantee,and the lack of cooperation between teachers and parents.The effect is not ideal and so on.The fourth part,the cause analysis.By consulting the relative works and combining the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from four angles: society,school,teachers and parents,so as to lay the foundation for solving the problems.The fifth part,the countermeasures are put forward.This paper puts forward the following strategies to improve the cooperation between primary schools and parents: strengthening the legal and institutional guarantee;condensing the consensus of home-school cooperation;innovating the form of home-school cooperation;improving the ability of home-school cooperation;formulating cooperative measures for students from special families,and so on.The sixth part,the conclusion.The process and conclusion of this study are summarized,and the improvement of the study is put forward.
