Research On The Integration Of Craftsman Spirit Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

The 'craftsman spirit',a vocabulary with a strong traditional color,has been written to the government work report for three years since 2016 and has appeared in the nineteen major reports of the party.‘The quality of the soul,in originality.' From manufacturing power to manufacturing powerhouse and building more world-famous‘Chinese brands',pushing China's economic development to enter the quality era,we need to cultivate many 'Chinese artisans',and we need to vigorously carry forward the craftsman spirit.The spirit of the craftsman is the work attitude and professional style that should be advocated in all walks of life in the new era,and it is the ideal feeling and excellent character that everyone should pursue.This means,carry forward the artisan spirit,is fundamentally a morality education work,new tasks and new challenges and ideological and political education must face.It is necessary and possible to integrate the spirit of the craftsman into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,and to cultivate the culture of the craftsman.This article is divided into three parts.The first part expounds the basic connotation of the craftsman spirit and the value of the times.The traditional artisan spirit sense contains a way of moral quality and behavior is good,excellence,persevering,and honour the teacher.With the development of the times,the spirit of the craftsmen is endowed with more connotation,including the dedication spirit of selfless work,the spirit of focusing on impetuous,the practice spirit of knowing and doing and the spirit of innovation that keeps pace with the times.To carry forward the spirit of the craftsman is not only the need of the economic transformation and upgrading of our country,but also the combination of the cultivation and practice of the core values of socialism.On this basis,the second part discusses the significance of the integration of the spirit of the craftsman into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.In other words,it is conducive to the innovation and development of ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,is conducive to the growth of contemporary college students,and is conducive to the thick planting of the craftsman culture.The last part puts forward the path of the spiritual integration of the craftsman into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.On the one hand,in theory to craftsman spirit incentive ideals and beliefs,moral quality,forging update the concept of careers and enhance labor awareness correct justice value theory path;on the other hand,advocating the artisan spirit by creating a cultural atmosphere on campus,invited craftsmen into the classroom,making second classroom practice path,the Artisan spirit truly internalized in the heart,outside of the line.
