Research On Cultivating "Craftsman Spirit" Into Ideological And Political Education In Universities

On March,2016,premier Li Keqiang,in his government work report,for the first time put forward the idea of "cultivating a craftsman spirit of excellence".On April,2016,general secretary Xi Jinping also pointed out the need to carry forward the "spirit of craftsman" at the symposium on intellectuals,model workers and youth representatives.On Dec 31,2018,general secretary Xi Jinping once again mentioned""salute to every craftsman from a great country" "in his New Year's message.”Craftsman spirit" has become the need of the whole nation and the whole society.Therefore,from the perspective of ideological and political education,this study analyzes the connotation and internal relationship between "craftsman spirit" and ideological and political education.This paper studies the value,current situation and path of "craftsman spirit" cultivation integrated into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This study mainly includes the following contents:"Craftsman spirit" has a long history.With the development of The Times,"craftsman spirit" has been endowed with new connotation,which can be basically summarized as dedicated professional spirit,rigorous professional attitude,excellent professional ability and innovative professional pursuit.The cultivation of "craftsman spirit" is not only the demand of the development of ideological and political education itself,but also endows ideological and political education with distinct characteristics of The Times.Meanwhile,ideological and political education also provides theoretical basis and carrier for the cultivation of "craftsman spirit".Blend in "spirit" to cultivate the ideological and political education to improve the pertinence of ideological and political education,beneficial to inheriting Chinese spirit,is conducive to cultivating socialist core values,to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political education,to improve the students' social value,to boost manufacturing power construction in our country.Through on-the-spot investigation,this study to understand the current "spirit" to cultivate into the current situation of the ideological and political education,the achievements and existing problems and analyze the cause of the problem,on this basis,try to enrich the content of "spirit",expanding "spirit" cultivation methods,rich "spirit" the carrier of cultivating,build the atmosphere "spirit" cultivating four angles to explore paths to cultivate the "spirit".
