Research On The Incorporation Of Craftsman Spirit Into College Ideological And Political Education

"Craftsman spirit",this concept has been more and more seen in government documents and the public's vision since Prime Minister Li Keqiang first mentioned it in the government work report in 2016,and the voice of the whole society is very high.It is not only a professional attitude,but also a spiritual concept.It is a valuable resource for ideological and political education.Therefore,this article will take the colleges and universities as the field,the artisan spirit as the theme,and the ideological and political education as the carrier.Combining the relevant theoretical understandings of disciplines such as education,philosophy,social culture,social psychology,and value science to deeply grasp the scientific connotation of the craftsman spirit and its value of the times,exploring the inner relationship between the spirit of craftsmen and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and puts forward the significance of the integration of craftsmanship into ideological and political education.According to the spirit of craftsman and the integration of the ideological and political education,the current dilemma and the causes of the predicament are put forward,and the concrete ways of integrating the craftsmanship into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities are attempted.Based on this,the paper is divided into the following four chapters:Chapter one: the introduction part.It explains the background,purpose and significance of the topic of the art of craftsmanship,and gives a brief introduction to the research status of craftsman spirit and its integration into ideological and political education at home and abroad,and clarifies the main contents,research focus,difficulties and Innovations and the main research methods used in research projects.Chapter two:Firstly,it analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the craftsman spirit,the scientific connotation of the craftsman spirit from the four levels of goal,thought,action and inheritance,and discusses the salient features of the craftsman spirit.Secondly,on this basis,the author explores the intrinsic connection between the spirit of artisans and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,starting from the two aspects of content and purpose,and providingthe basis for the feasibility of integrating the craftsman spirit into ideological and political education.Finally,it points out the importance of the integration of craftsmanship into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and puts forward that "it is beneficial to guide college students to establish correct values","helping to strengthen college students' employability and professional self-confidence",and "helping to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities" and so on.Chapter three: Discusses the practical dilemma and cause analysis of the integration of craftsmanship into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The real dilemma starts from several reasons of society,school and system,and proposes realistic constraints such as lack of atmosphere,single channel,teachers,and institutional vacuum;the causes of the dilemma are from the perspectives of historical and realistic factors,and put forward the influences of traditional ideas such as “Scholar,farmer,artisan and merchant”,the influence of traditional Chinese education mode based on test-oriented education and the negative influence of current social utilitarianism.Chapter four: Based on the realistic dilemma proposed,it actively explores the ways in which the craftsman spirit is integrated into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.Starting from several constraints of social,school and conditional guarantees,considering the influence of historical and realistic factors,some suggestions on pertinence and operability are put forward from the perspective of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the ideological and political education,enriching the craftsmanship spirit into the channels of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,strengthening the integration of craftsmanship into the ideological and political education of teachers,and integrating the spirit of strong chemical craftsmen into the conditions of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,put forward some suggestions.
