Problems And Countermeasures In The Cultivation Of Practical Ability Of Secondary Vocational Students

Practical ability is one of the indispensable abilities in today's society,and the connotation of students' practical ability is not equal to ordinary practical ability,it is a concept in the field of pedagogy,which can be improved through the process of education.At present,the problem of insufficient practical ability level of international business students in technical secondary schools is becoming more and more obvious,and there are few research topics related to the training of practical ability for international business students in technical secondary schools.According to the outstanding characteristics of the international business specialty in technical secondary school,the cultivation of students' practical ability should be highly valued.How to cultivate international business talents with high level and outstanding practical ability is especially important in the establishment of specialty and the comprehensive reform of practical teaching,which is of great importance to the enrollment,construction and future career development of international business majors in secondary vocational schools.The article consists of six parts.Firstly,the research direction is determined by browsing the relevant literature.indicating the background,significance,current situation at home and abroad and the methods used.Then the core concept is clearly defined and relevant theories are clarified.Secondly,the connotation and extension of practical ability are deeply analyzed,and combined with the requirements of job tasks,the requirements of school curriculum ability training and the relevant literature research of practical ability training,the structural framework of practical ability of students majoring in international business in secondary vocational schools is sorted out.Based on the carrier of international business major in Dalian LS secondary vocational school,the third part aims to put forward the perfect countermeasures to cultivate students' practical ability in secondary vocational school.To the secondary vocational students and the employing units in the cooperation between the school and the enterprise,a questionnaire survey on the current situation of the practical ability training of the students majoring in international business in secondary vocational schools was carried out one by one.At the same time,the teachers of international business major in Dalian LS secondary vocational school were interviewed and exchanged.By sorting out the questionnaire and conversation contents,it was concluded that the students' autonomous learning ability was not high and their practical ability was not clear.In the fourth part,the author analyzes the present situation and problems of training,and concludes that there is a serious lack of experience in teachers' profession,the combination of vocational qualification certificate and practical ability is not high,the examination system does not meet the needs of ability training,the proportion of class hours is too small,the training conditions can not meet the needs of practical ability training and the cooperation between school and enterprise is not close enough.The fifth part puts forward theperfect countermeasures according to the above problems from micro to macro.At the school level,it mainly from the aspects of curriculum design,proportion of practical class hours,teaching mode,teacher team construction,practical training allocation,evaluation method and career orientation;at the enterprise level,it mainly from the angle of training input,evaluation management,practice guidance;at the government level,it mainly puts forward corresponding suggestions from the angle of system perfection,protection of rights and interests,and certificate system reform.The sixth part puts forward the conclusion of the research and the future prospect.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions obtained through research and analysis provide some useful reference for the cultivation of practical ability of students majoring in international business in secondary vocational schools.
