Analysis On The Factors Influencing The Further Development Of Volleyball Traditional Characteristic Project Middle School In Fujian Province

This study uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics,case analysis and on-the-spot investigation to research the influence factors for the further development of the middle school volleyball traditional project school of fujian province.First of all,make the first batch chief coach of volleyball traditional characteristic project middle school in fujian province as investigation object,to do the present situation investigation.And then make the first batch chief coach of volleyball traditional characteristic project middle school,the related leaders who is responsible for the reform of traditional project school sports teams and college volleyball experts in fujian province as investigation objects to investigate the affecting factors,analyzed relevant conclusions.this paper puts forward some reasonable countermeasures to the factors that influence the further development of traditional school volleyball in fujian province.Research results show that:1.the factors affect the further development of the middle school volleyball traditional project school of fujian province include five:material conditions factors,training factors,human subjective factors,coaches,school distribution factors.2.The factors that influence the development are mainly reflected in:(1).Funds are mainly funded by schools and cannot fully meet the needs of sports team training and competitions,there is an imbalance in the constructi on of facities and equipment facilities at different levels traditional school(2)Most sports team training is not carried out according to the training plan.There is a large amount of randomness in training,and the degree of scientific training needs to be improved.(3).The imperfection of the talent training system weakens the support of social and parents,and the motivation of athletes and coaches.The ralax of government management has led to lower degree of emphasis of leadership.(4).The coach's comprehensive quality and teaching experience are ideal,but lack of effective incentive system and continuing education opportunity.The sports teams are mainly run by the school alone,with a single model.(5).The school is mainly distributed in the primary school and economically developed minnan region,making full use of the excellent education resources and regional economic development advantages.
