Football is a competitive sport that can dominate the same class with fierce competition.Good explosive quality is a key condition for football players to become top players.With the continuous progress of sports science,more and more strength training way in the domestic and foreign national team and club football physical training,this article,through the novel flywheel training and traditional barbell training make football players in the experiment of lower limb explosive effect of comparative research,seek better training methods,provide better training methods for football players and sports team.This paper uses the literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to use the flywheel centrifugal training and traditional barbell training two training methods,respectively by using one leg Bulgarian squat training after the lower limb circumference,quick start,lateral jump and longitudinal jump and reaction strength test training effect,expect to find out a new set of special physical training to improve the lower limb explosive quality of football players.This paper selected 20 football players from Shanghai Port U19 echelon as the experimental subjects,and the experimental players were divided into two groups for the 8-week centrifugal training experiment.The thigh and calf circumference,5-10-30 m sprint run,standing long jump,fifth jump,squat jump,squat jump,RSI and other test indicators of the two groups were tested,and the test index data were sorted out and analyzed.The following results are obtained: 1.In the flywheel group,the load intensity of the lower limb muscle group is very high,while the abdomen of the rectus femoris and biceps are divided in the middle of the thigh and leg circumference.The results show that the significantly increased position of the flywheel training is also in the middle of the thigh circumference on both sides.Cin circumference is mainly composed of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle,the test of calf circumference is mainly gastrocnemius muscle abdomen,two training methods as thigh circumference growth 2.flywheel centrifugal training subjects in Bulgaria squat down in heavy centrifugal load so in this case can produce large explosive force,can effectively improve 5 meters and 10 meters short start and acceleration stage,but 30 meters no barbell group effect is good.3.After the flywheel centrifugal training,the squat jump performance is better than the traditional barbell training,while the squat jump performance is the opposite.The standing long jump performance can be improved through two training methods;the difference between the experimental group and the control group is small,and the barbell group is slightly better.4.Flywheel training improves RSI response strength better than barbell training.
