The professional development of special post teachers not only concerns the development of special post teachers themselves,but also affects the overall quality of education in China.The professional self is the first step of teacher professional growth and development,and the source of teacher professional development.This study collected 340 L county in henan province some teachers as sample,the integrated use of literature research,investigation,study and data analysis method,in-depth analysis theory,the special hillock teacher professional self status and existing problems were analyzed,and the affecting factors,put forward the strategy,promote rural special hillock teacher professional self-promotion.Firstly,on the basis of literature review and relevant theories,it is proposed that teacher professional self refers to the sum of knowledge,concept and value system in the process of teacher's professional work.With the characteristics of professionalism,subjectivity and individuality,it includes five dimensions of professional self-cognition,self-emotional experience,self-development motivation,self-development planning and self-management.Paying attention to teachers' professional self is of great value to students,teachers and schools.Secondly,based on the description of the current situation and the analysis of differences,it is found that the overall level of professional self-identity of special gang teachers in L county of henan province is not very high(M=3.601),among which the dimension of professional self-cognition is relatively high(M=3.885)and the self-development planning is the lowest(M=3.282).The professional self of male special post teachers was significantly higher than that of female special post teachers.There are differences between special post teachers of 26 to 30 years old and teachers of other age groups in professional self;The special post teachers in junior middle school have higher motivation of self-development than those in primary school.There are significant differences in self-management between special post teachers who have been teaching for 7-10 years and those with other teaching years.The professional ego of special post teachers with grade I professional title in primary and secondary schools was significantly higher than that of those with no professional title or other professional titles.Special post teachers who are normal university students have higher professional ego than those who are not normal university students.There were significant differences in development motivation and self-management between special post teachers who taught the same subjects and majors and those who taught the same subjects and majors.Thirdly,according to the survey data and interviews,the existing problems of teachers' professional self-knowledge in xigang county are as follows: teachers' professional self-knowledge is fuzzy;Poor self-emotional experience;Low level of development motivation;Low self-development planning ability;Lack of effective self-management.Factors affecting the professional self-identity of teachers in xigang,L county: social status of teachers,salary,assessment and management system,mobility of urban and rural teachers,social humanistic care;Factors of teacher education include the lack of pertinence of pre-employment teacher education in colleges and universities and the lack of perfect post-employment teacher training mechanism.School factors include leaders' attention,school cultural atmosphere,teachers' professional development resources,and the arrangement of school work tasks.Teachers' individual factors include teachers' personality characteristics,consciousness of professional development,self-reflection ability and professional emotion.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies for the professional self-improvement of teachers in special posts.In the aspect of society,it is necessary to improve the social status of teachers in special posts,implement salary and treatment,establish a reasonable assessment management system,establish a cooperative community between urban and rural areas,and provide humanistic care.In the aspect of teacher education,we should optimize the curriculum of teacher education,strengthen the cooperation between universities and primary schools,and carry out teacher training based on practice.In school,democratic and impartial school leadership and management should be implemented,teacher professional self-growth platform should be built,cooperative and harmonious campus atmosphere should be created,and the role of special post teachers should be reasonably defined.As for teachers themselves,they should enhance professional self-cognition,improve emotional experience,stimulate self-development motivation,make detailed development plans and improve self-management ability.
