The Statistical Analysis And Prediction Of The Population And Employment Structure In Fujian Province

The population problem is always as a fundamental,global and strategic problem confronting human society.After 21th Century,the internal and external conditions of population development in Fujian province have changed significantly,and there are still prominent population problems such as inequality of employment and aging in the population structure.It is of great significance that how to accurately grasp the trends of the population and the characteristi.cs of the employment structures which challenge both the population safety and economic and social development,and make corresponding countermeasures to keep economic and social development in Fujian province.It is the aim of this paper to analyze and predict the trend of the resident population and the age structure in F-ujian Province by the statistical analysis te.chnique.In the paper,by the means of regression analysis the labor participation rates in different sex and age groups are discussed.Also,the employment struct.ure of different occupations and differe.nt industries is explored by using the means of cluster analysis.According the analyses above,the suggestions to improve the population problem such as the aging of the population,imbalance in employment structure and so on,which will provide reference to the Fujian Province's future population development strategy,are presented finally.
