Under the background of globalization,the tide of global knowledge informationization has promoted the development of global knowledge economy.The continuous development of knowledge economy has aroused people’s attention to education.In our country,the national medium and long-term education reform and development outline also clearly points out that we should speed up the development of continuing education,establish and improve the continuing education system,and build an open and flexible lifelong education system,so as to realize a learning society in which everyone actively learns and actively links learning resources.With the concept of lifelong learning deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,community education has also received people’s attention step by step.They are willing to actively participate in community education activities,so as to enrich and improve their activities.Community education refers to an educational activity that can develop courses to meet the learning needs of all members of the community and further promote the all-round development of residents by using all available educational resources.Its purpose is to improve the quality of community residents and the quality of life.As a platform for the whole people to receive life-long education,community education is a powerful support for the realization of national modernization and an effective carrier for the realization of social management innovation.It has both theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the healthy development of community education.This article mainly from the practical internship work experience in B community,mainly from the literature method,interview method and observation method,etc.,to carry out structured interviews with community educators,such as community backbone and community grid members of B community,and to conduct in-depth observation of community residents and community management mode in each park,so as to obtain first-hand information.To understand the real thoughts of the residents.Through data analysis and summary,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of B community education activities,and analyses the reasons in community management,evaluation system,theoretical specialty and professional method education funds,resource development,teacher construction,etc.It also puts forward targeted measures and suggestions for social work intervention in community education,emphasizing on starting from reality and exploring practical work in social work intervention.Community education that can promote the improvement and development of the community.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,I hope that through the research results of community education activities and social work involvement in community B,I can conclude some specific concepts and strategies that should be further improved and innovated in the process of community education development,and implement the role of social work in promoting the improvement of community education and community development,so as to provide a basis for the long-term development of community education.Some suggestions can be used for reference.
