The Analysis Of Study And Application Of Professional Social Work Knowledge By Community Workers

Following with the economy development and the period of social transition,with the background of community construction and the social management innovation,social work play the more and more important role in the community practice and community service.But in the most Chinese city communities,most front-line no-professional community worker is the subject of practical community work.They are full of practical experience but no cognition of professional knowledge.So how to help the community worker learn more professional knowledge and put the knowledge into practice more smoothly is extremely urgent.This study is Qualitative Research.It will pay attention to nine front-line community worker.This research aims to explore the content and pattern of community work,and the process of learning social work knowledge.In order to find the elements which affect the motivation and the result,grasp the problems influencing the learning process and the application of knowledge.In the end,it try to get some findings and the striving direction to the learning and application.This study have reference significance to community construction and talent team construction.And it will expand social impact of community worker,promote the community work with more humanization,pertinence and innovation.This study will propose suggestion from the angles of learning,government,community and analyze.Helping the community workers get better understanding of social work.The government should create nice atmosphere by policy,fund,cognition and publicity.The community should absorb more resident and more social strength into community service.The academic members should summarize indigenous experience.All of these ways will help the community put the social work knowledge into community practice.
