Since the end of the 20 th century,an international movement has begun to take course curriculum standards as a starting point and reforms in curriculum,teaching,and evaluation based on curriculum standards.Curriculum standards are at the core.Whether the concept of the curriculum standard can be implemented is related to whether the various elements in the curriculum system can be coordinated.However,until today,standards-based teaching is the mainstream of curriculum reform,but it can be frustrated in actual teaching.It is doubtful about the consistency of academic evaluation and curriculum standards that play a key role in teaching.China's academic evaluation is usually carried out in the form of paper-and-pencil test.Therefore,this study extracts 5 test papers from the 23 provinces(or municipalities)with a unified national proposition,and discusses the degree of consistency between them and the curriculum standards.On the basis of analyzing the internationally relatively mature academic evaluation and curriculum standard consistency model,the localization consistency analysis framework is constructed according to China's national conditions.With the SEC consistency analysis model,the degree of consistency between the two is compared from the content topic,the cognitive level,and the overall consistency.The research shows that:(1)The Porter index of the Chinese test paper and the curriculum standard is lower than the statistically critical value,and the degree of consistency is not high.(2)The mathematics test of the senior high school entrance examination reduced the examination of “graphics and geometry” on the content topic,and relatively increased the research power in the fields of “equations and algebra”,“function and analysis”,and“statistics and probability”(3)in cognition At the level,the proportion of “understanding” and“mastery”has been reduced,and the examination of “comprehension” has been added.Through the analysis and reflection of the data results,it is suggested to improve the consistency between the mathematics examination papers and the curriculum standards by improving the curriculum standards and making standard-based test questions.Through two teaching cases of examination questions,it is shown that the expected curriculum,the implementation of curriculum and the evaluation curriculum can achieve consistency in the course of curriculum operation,so as to promote the concept of first-line teaching returning to curriculum standards.
