In 2001, the ministry issued the compulsory education chemistry curriculum standard (experimental). In 2011 formally promulgated the compulsory education curriculum standard referred to as "new standard, and in 2012 formally put into use. Curriculum standard is used to evaluate students’ learning effect. It describes the students should achieve goals and achieve goals, performance standards, its fundamental purpose is to give teachers, students and parents that students should achieve the expectations and effects after learning. Examination is selected in the test, decide if students will continue to accept further education measures. To make test play a better role is inseparable from the curriculum standard the plumb line. So, the study of alignment between the examination and curriculum standards has a very important significance.This paper took two years in Shandong province city of chemical examination as the object, selects the SEC as a research tool, selects the 3 d object as a carrier to compare and analyze between the test and curriculum standard consistency.The paper is composed of five parts:The first part analyze the research background between Examination and curriculum standard, introduces the research status quo, research purpose, research significance, and the research method is determined.The second part made the interpretation of some related concepts and consistency research tools are introduced.The third part determines the basis of the coding, the coding results appear through form and calculate the consistency index of P. The fourth part processes the data and analysis of the results. Quantitative analysis of the results through the SEC tools to, chart for qualitative analysis of the results through the intuitive. In the final analysis factors that affect the results.The fifth part puts forward suggestions on the results of the study and reflection.
