In 2001, the ministry issued the compulsory education chemistry curriculum standard (experimental). In 2011 formally promulgated the compulsory education curriculum standard referred to as "new standard, and in 2012 formally put into use. Curriculum standard is used to evaluate students’ learning effect. It describes the students should achieve goals and achieve goals, performance standards, its fundamental purpose is to give teachers, students and parents that students should achieve the expectations and effects after learning.
