| As a traditional ice and snow sport in ancient China,Ice Sled Sport has been popular with the public for thousands of years, but its technical action lacks professional research.People only know it can bring fun,but they do not know its technical principle and fitness function.By using three-dimensional kinematics analysis method, the kinematics parameters of the long-term participants in the skating techniques of ice sled sport were compared in horizontal and vertical directions, and the changes of the athletes’ kinematics parameters under different space-time conditions during the course of skating were analyzed. The speed, displacement, the angle between the skating pole and the ice surface, and the angle and angular velocity of the athletes’ body were advanced in each stage of skating technique.Line analysis.Ice skating belongs to the upper limb skating race. Therefore, the technical characteristics of ice skating are explored from the changes of speed, displacement, body joint angle and angular velocity at different stages of skating.By using the methods of documentation, expert interviews, kinematics test and analysis, mathematical statistics, this study studied the skating technical movements of skating participants, mainly through the analysis of the obtained time parameters, spatial parameters and joint angles.Research conclusions:1.In the whole process of skating techniques of ice sled sport, the time proportion of backstroke stage is the lowest, and the time ratio of skating stage and preparatory stage is relatively high.2.In the process of the highest point, freezing point,off-freezing point, preparation stage,brace-sliding stage and return pole stage, the average height of the center of gravity is the lowest in the brace-sliding stage, while in the return pole stage, the center of gravity gradually rises and the position of the highest point is the highest. The whole process experienced a "high-low-stable-low-high" process.3.In the preparation stage, the average speed of sled on ice is the largest, while in the bracing and sliding stage, the average speed is the smallest. The maximum speed occurs after the freezing point, and the minimum speed is generally around the freezing point.4.At the highest point, the angles of hip, shoulder and elbow are between 81°~87°,42°~46°and 105°~115°at the freezing point, the angles of hip, shoulder and elbow are between 65°~70°,50°~60°,117°~126°and the rod angle is about 89°,but should not be greater than 90°at the freezing point;and the angles of hip, should The most suitable angle.5.In preparation stage, hip angle and elbow angle are negatively correlated with sled speed;in brace-slip stage, hip angle is negatively correlated with sled speed, elbow angle is positively correlated with sled speed, and rod angular speed is negatively correlated with sled speed;in return stage, hip angular speed is positively correlated with sled speed. |
