In recent years,with the proposal of Precision Poverty Alleviation Strategy by Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,poverty reduction through education has also been raised to an unprecedented height.Resolving the employment problem of poor students in medical high vocational colleges not only involves the poverty-stricken families getting out of poverty,but also relates to the realization of the goal of fully building a well-off society.In order to promote the employment of impoverished undergraduates in medical vocational colleges,taking the demonstration vocational vocational college in Fujian Province-Fujian Health College as an example,this paper makes an empirical study of the employment situation of poor students in medical vocational colleges.Combining the visit investigation and the accumulation of years of working experience for poor students in medical vocational colleges,the author analyzes the objective factors(family factors,school factors and social factors)and subjective factors(psychological poverty in employment,inaccurate self-positioning,high employment expectation,lack of comprehensive quality,and inadequate employment preparation)that affect the employment quality of poor students in medical vocational colleges.Applying the theory of supply demand and education equity theory,from the three levels of social system,school measures,and students' self-employment ability improvement,we propose some feasible measures to promote the feasibility of employment of poor students in medical vocational colleges by improving the employment security policy for impoverished students,creating a level playing field,supporting self-employment,optimizing professional settings,and improving information services,strengthening employment guidance and help,improving practical skills,guiding services at the grassroots level,doing a good job in career planning,etc.
