With the basic education gaining more and more attention in our country,teachers in junior and senior high schools play a key role in the school teaching and management.They not only have become the core power in promoting the development of the school,but they are also considered as the guidance of the growth of the students.So the incentive management of the teachers is the center work of the school management.Only by establishing scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,can the working state of teachers be improved,which enables the common development goal of basic education to achieve.However,teachers in JinJiang area are not so satisfied with the current incentive mechanism because they can't get the inspiration and motivation in a right way in their practical work and life,which leads to the phenomenon of career burnout and brain drain.The paper focuses on the research on the incentive mechanism of teachers in junior and senior high schools of JinJiang.Through interviews and questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' incentive mechanism,and on this basis for the existing problems,puts forward four guiding principles for the establishment of incentive mechanism and specific ideas to improve the incentive mechanism,making every effort to provide useful reference advice for education departments concerned and junior and senior schools in JinJiang area on a practical level.
