| With the gradual deepening of creative research,how to cultivate the creativity of teenagers in subject teaching has become a hot spot of creative research.Creativity is understood differently because of the different viewpoints and emphases of researchers.Creativity is a problem-solving process of dealing with information actively.Fostering creativity with creative thinking as its core and increasing the cultivation of creative tendency can improve students’ academic performance and intelligence quotient.Labor technology discipline,with its unique design and production characteristics,can cultivate students’ practical ability and technical literacy,and stimulate students’ innovative potential.This study explores the impact of the teaching of "reading maps and drawing" on the creativity of senior students in primary school labor technology.The research content is divided into three parts.Study 1: Investigate the creativity of senior primary school students,understand the current situation of students’ creative tendency and ability,explore the balanced development of all dimensions of students’ creative tendency and ability,and whether there are differences in demographic variables.Using Williams Scale and Torrens Scale,more than 300 senior primary school students were surveyed by questionnaire.Study 2 conducted an intervention study on the creativity of senior pupils in primary schools to test the effectiveness of the teaching of "reading maps and drawing" on the improvement of students’ creative tendencies and abilities.According to the preliminary investigation and research,this paper combs the dimension of relatively weak creative tendency and ability,the difference between students’ gender and grade,and designs interviews to understand students’ understanding and understanding of the subject,life experience,production and other aspects.Combining with the characteristics of labor technology discipline and from the perspective of "drawing by reading",a set of guidance scheme suitable for students of grade 4 and 5 is designed,that is,taking "drawing by reading" as a teaching training point,and optimizing the operation guidance of drawing by means of textbook legends.More than 160 students were selected as subjects and divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group carried out eight times of "reading maps and drawing" teaching guidance,while the control group carried out routine teaching.One year later,students were surveyed with Williams Scale and Torrens Scale to explore the effectiveness of intervention.Study 3 is an interview study on the creativity of senior primary school students.Eleven students were selected for two interviews.Before intervention,interviews were conducted to understand the learners’ creative development level and their labor skills.After the intervention,the learners’ learning experience and feelings after the teaching of "reading maps and drawing",as well as the possible situations and solutions in the process of innovative design were understood.The results show that:1.There is no significant difference in grade of creative tendency among senior primary school students,and female students are more curious than male students;there is no significant difference in gender of creative ability,and the fluency of fifth grade students is higher than that of fourth grade students.2.After teaching intervention,there is no significant difference between gender and grade in creative tendency and ability between intervention group and control group.The main effect of intervention group was not significant,the time effect of pre-test and post-test was significant,and the interaction effect was significant,suggesting that the intervention was effective.3.After teaching intervention,the students’ ability to observe the details of life,the initiative of labor technology production,the sensitivity of innovative cognition,and the resilience to face challenges have been improved.The results of this study show that the teaching intervention of "reading maps and drawing" has a significant effect on the creativity of senior primary school students,and can effectively promote the development of students’ creativity.This reveals the feasibility and validity of compiling appropriate teaching methods from the starting point of discipline training objectives to promote the development of creative level of senior primary school students. |
