Nowadays,the importance of teachers has been widely concerned,and more and more studies on teachers' subjectivity have been conducted.As we know,the core work of teachers is teaching,which is also the main path for schools to cultivate talents.The teaching needs the teacher to display the independent consciousness,puts into the independent action to be able to complete.With the deepening and development of basic education curriculum reform,teachers' independent consciousness and independent ability have been greatly improved.In an increasingly competitive society,teachers are required to constantly improve their ideals and accumulate profound professional knowledge and skills to support and cope with.Therefore,whether teachers can give full play to their teaching autonomy is both a practical need and an internal appeal.As an industry with a large number of female employees,gender reserach is of great significance in the field of education.Especially in the gender structure imbalance has become a global education phenomenon,female teachers are becoming a huge human resources in the development of China's primary school teachers.Due to the influence of traditional gender culture and social environment,gender bias,lack of gender awareness and other factors still exist in the field of education.Therefore,from the perspective of social gender,this study analyzes the teaching autonomy of urban primary school teachers from the two dimensions of teaching autonomy consciousness and ability,and discusses the causes of the problems from the two aspects of external constraints and internal constraints.Finally,the author puts forward the solutions from four aspects: constructing the cultural motive force of teachers' teaching autonomy,enhancing the social motive force of teachers' teaching autonomy,enhancing the social motive force of teachers' teaching autonomy,and strengthening the practical motive force of teachers' teaching autonomy.The paper is divided into the following parts:The first chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of this research.There are four parts: the reason of choosing the topic;Research significance;Literature review;Research design.The second chapter introduces the concept and theory of teacher's teaching autonomy.The third chapter elaborated the research sample present situation and the analysis.It is composed of three parts: the general situation of the research sample,the basic situation of the sample and the difference of teaching autonomy in population variables through seven aspects;The differences of the teaching autonomy of female teachers in urban primary schools are analyzed through eight structures.The questions on teaching autonomy of female teachers in urban primary schools.Chapter four analyzes the causes of female teachers' teaching autonomy in urban primary schools.Mainly through external constraints and internal constraints for analysis.Chapter five discusses the strategies of teaching autonomy of female teachers in urban primary schools.In view of six causes affecting the teaching autonomy of female teachers in urban primary schools,this paper puts forward four Suggestions.
