With the speed of knowledge changing becomes faster and faster and new requirements to teachers put forward by teachers’ specialization etc., teachers must carry out effective career planning. Effective career planning can continually promote teachers’ professional level, it can make teacher adapt to the constant changing of future education. The female teachers are the main force in Urban public primary school, this paper studying the current problems of female teachers’ career planning in urban public primary school can accurately seize studying the current problems of female teachers’ career planning in urban public primary school and promote their career development.First, this paper is based on the following theories: career planning theory, female career development theory and the theory of teacher professional development, according to the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, interview etc., studies the current situation of female teachers’ career planning in urban public primary school: “depend-on-the-future”. Personal aspects: female teachers lack the knowledge and the skill of career planning; Organization aspects: the school and the education authorities lack the training,guidance and management in the female teachers’ career planning.Second, the paper analyzes the reason of the female teachers in urban primary school who lack career planning from the following three aspects based on the investigating. Personal aspects: teachers’ professional view is fuzzy, and their active development consciousness is not strong; Organization aspects: the heavy work, unreasonable-promotion-evaluation, inadequate help,unfair treatments,low income etc. Other aspects: role conflict in families, social relationship, the attitude of family members etc.The last, based on the above reasons and combined with previous theory and personal practice, this paper puts forward corresponding measures. Personal aspects: the flame teachers should realize the importance of career planning fully, set up the correct occupational values, master the knowledge of career planning, Organization aspects: the school and the education authorities should strengthen the training and guidance, improve teachers’ income, build platform for teachers’ development, reform unreasonable evaluation system, reduce the workload of teachers, ensure the female teachers’ equal rights, stimulate the power of teachers’ development etc. Other aspects: reasonably deal with the relationship between family and work; face the influence of the social relationship; strengthen the parent-school communication etc.
