With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the continuous improvement of its international status,international competition has become increasingly fierce,and the cultivation of talents has become the focus.Education is a key point in the cultivation of talents.General Secretary Xi Jinping stated in the report of the 19 th National Congress that giving priority to the development of education and building an education power is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Put education in a strategic position of priority development,actively cultivate outstanding talents,and reserve human capital for China,which can lay a good foundation for the future development of our country and our nation.The basic education curriculum carries the party's educational policy and educational thoughts.The reform of education is inseparable from the reform of the curriculum.Only a good curriculum can implement a good education.In 2001,the Ministry of Education of China proposed to implement the three-level curriculum management at the national,local,and school levels,which provided a development space for the development of school-based curriculum.In the reform of physical education curriculum,the development of physical school curriculum is an important part of it,and the choice of curriculum content is the core of the development of physical school curriculum.The development of physical school curriculum is based on the school's educational philosophy,based on the needs of students,and the teacher is the main body.The pedal exercise is relatively unfamiliar to the students.Whether it is rich in the content of the course or the interest of the physical education curriculum,it is of great significance.Therefore,this thesis studies the development of the pedal-based school curriculum.This thesis uses the literature method,investigation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to carry out theresearch of this thesis.Firstly,the curriculum design of the pedaling school curriculum is designed,including the four aspects of the goal,content,implementation and evaluation of the pedaling school curriculum.Objectives and contents Through the Delphi method,the designed expert questionnaire was distributed and recycled to verify the scientific nature of the program.The course was tested with the Hebei Normal University High School as the experimental site.The main findings are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of leadership support,teachers,venue facilities,etc.,it is necessary and feasible to carry out the pedaling school curriculum in the middle school of Hebei Normal University.(2)Combine with the specific conditions of the school,initially determine the course objectives and the content of the course,and test it through the expert survey method,and finally determine the syllabus.(3)Through the practice of pedaling teaching in the middle school of Hebei Normal University,it is proved that the pedaling school curriculum is effective and operable,and has an impact on the students' mind and body.
