To further promote the diversification of the curriculum and give full play to the right of designing courses independently to locals and schools,"Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening Educational Reform to Promote Quality Education in an All-Round Way" promulgated on June 13,1999 clearly specifies,“Try national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum.” Since then,China has opened a new era of school-based curriculum and the school-based curriculum for elementary school calligraphy came into being.The development of the school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy is a process in which school leaders,teachers,expertsand community members design courses,compile teaching materials,conduct teachingand conduct evaluations around a certain calligraphy teaching content.With the development of school-based curriculum for many years,the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy hasalso matured.However,there are still some problems lurking in its development process in practice.For instance,the theoretical research is not rich enough,less research is on how to effectively use them in practice,and the actual teaching effects of respective schools have yet to be verified.In this regard,this study takes the problems existing in the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy as its research object,and tries to find the best solution strategy,which will be of great theoretical and practical significance.This research is carried out according to the research logic of theory combining practice.It comprehensively uses the standard research methods such as literature research method,interview method and case study method,orienting to the problems in the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy,to analyze the cause and find the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,on the basis of comprehensively combing and summarizing relevant research literatures at home and abroad,this research explores the problems existing in the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy.It uses constructivist learning theory,refinement theory and informal learning theory as its theoretical guidance,and this lays theoretical basis for the countermeasures to the problems existing in school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy.Secondly,the cognition and demand of school-based curriculum development of calligraphy in primary schools are obtained through interview.Design the interview outline scientifically to grasp the cognition and attitude of teachers and students on the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy,the teachers' ability of designing calligraphy textbooks,the effectiveness of teaching,and the level to which students improve their calligraphy after study.Thirdly,based on the results of the interview and through the method of statistical analysis of data,it is found that a qualified team of teachers for the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy is lack,the design of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy is unreasonable,the development of school-based curriculum for primary school calligraphy lacks corresponding support of community activities and so on.Finally,the countermeasures for solving the existing problems include: 1.build a group of teachers who are competent for the development of calligraphy curriculum in primary schools through selecting,training and other ways.2.improve the rationality of teachers' school-based calligraphy curriculum design in primary schools by means of research,learning and other methods.3.carry out rich and colorful activities of community for school-based calligraphy curriculum development in primary schools by increasing the number and form of activities.
