The level of physical quality of young people in China in the past ten years is worrying.Therefore,a range of policy has been issued in China,including the Sports and Health Curriculum Standard(2011),the outline of the “Healthy China 2030” Plan(2012)and the Notification on the issuance of the program for building China into a strong sports nation by the General Office of the State Council(2019).Among them,the Sports and Health Curriculum Standard(2011)clearly put forward that improving students' physical fitness and persisting in "Every-Lesson-Training" are very necessary."Every-Lesson-Training",which is blooming again in the PE lessons,has become an important organizational form in elementary and secondary schools.How to improve students' physical fitness scientifically and systematically is a significant subject for every PE teachers to study and research.According to the physiological and psychological characteristics of junior high school students and the sensitive period of physical fitness development,and referring to the cutting-edge concepts of the modern physical education and sports training,this paper has used the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire,teaching experiment and data analysis to design the teaching experiment plan of "Every-Lesson-Training" for physical fitness.Through the 12 weeks of teaching experiment and from the statistical analysis of the data,the results indicated as follows :(1)On the side of the strength quality's data,both the experimental class and the control class were improved.But the experimental class was improved obviously higher than that of the control class(P < 0.05),especially the pull-up of boys and the standing board jump of girls(P < 0.01).(2)On the side of the speed quality's data,both the experimental class and the control class were improved.The increased range of the experimental class was a little larger than that of the control class,but there was no critical difference(P >0.05).(3)On the side of the endurance quality's data,both the experimental class and the control class were improved.However,the data of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class,especially in the 1000-meter event for boys.(4)On the side of the flexibility quality's data,both the experimental class and the control class were improved.The increased range of the experimental class was a little larger than that of the control class,but there was no critical difference(P >0.05).Conclusion as follows:(1)The teaching mode of "Every-Lesson-Training" can arouse students' interest better in physical practice and enhance their enthusiasm of consciously practice.(2)"Every-Lesson-Training" can improve the students' physical fitness effectively,mainly in the aspects of strength,endurance and explosive power.
