Research On The Reform Of Endowment Insurance System For The Flexible Employment In China

The realization of "security" is one of the important goals of China's social security system reform.The construction of the endowment insurance system in China has made great achievements.However,there are still shortcomings in the construction of the endowment insurance system,such as the operation and management of the pension fund,the fairness of the system,the level of the insurance system and so on.There are more than one hundred million flexible employment in our country,but the insurance rate is very low,it is difficult to protect the rights and interests of endowment insurance.their rights and interests of endowment insurance can not be guaranteed,It is our current task to deepen the reform of the endowment insurance system and build a multi-level social security system covering the whole people.This paper focuses on the reform of the old-age insurance system for flexible employment personnel.Based on the definition of the relevant concepts and the combing of the basic theory,Analysing the history and present situation of the endowment insurance system for flexible employment personnel in China.Putting forward the overall concept and main tasks of reform of the pension insurance system for flexible employment.And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for promoting the reform of the pension insurance system for flexible employment personnel.
