Flexible employment is an important form of employment at present.my country's flexible employment has developed rapidly,and the emergence of new formats will lead to more flexible employment forms.Practitioners in the new format should be protected by the work-related injury insurance system,but due to the constraints of various factors,the problem of work-related injury insurance for flexible employees in the new format is more prominent.Through the investigation of the current situation of employee injury insurance for flexible employment in the current new format,this paper uses literature research methods and statistical analysis methods to find out the problems and difficulties existing in the employment injury insurance for flexible employment employees in my country's new format,analyze their causes,and actively explore solutions.Countermeasures to the problem of employee injury insurance for people with flexible employment in new formats.Through research,it is found that there are problems in the work-related injury insurance for new-type flexible employees,such as a single payment mechanism,a low industry base for payment,unclear work-related injury identification procedures,and difficulty in determining the standard of treatment and compensation.To solve these problems,we can balance the rights and obligations between the state,new business enterprises and new business flexible employees;establish the concept of work-related injury insurance liability for the government,new business enterprises and new business flexible employees;improve new business flexible employment Employee injury insurance system; standardizing the operation of the employee injury insurance fund for flexible employment and improving the construction of the employment injury insurance information system,and put forward specific countermeasures to solve the current dilemma faced by the current flexible employment personnel participating in the employment injury insurance system.
