In the 1980s,China's privately-run colleges and universities were established like mushrooms and developed rapidly.Affected by the imbalance in the supply of higher education and reform and opening up,the disadvantages have become increasingly prominent.The rapid growth of the scale of private colleges and universities has not been accompanied by the simultaneous and coordinated development of the teaching staff,and there are even various "discomforts" in the teaching staff.Optimizing the teaching staff has always been the focus of attention of the party and the country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has placed the problem of the teaching staff in a prominent position.Educational plan,teacher-oriented,high-quality teaching staff is the source of school teaching quality.With regard to the problem of teaching staff,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has specifically stated: To strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and ethics,to train high-quality teaching staff,to improve Teachers' social status,thus creating an atmosphere of respecting teachers and respecting teaching in the society.Because of his particularity,the situation of teachers in private universities is even more severe.Therefore,in order to achieve quality establishment,strong talents,and characteristic development,this study has a certain degree of faculty to have a stable,theoretical,high-quality,high-skilled team that can meet the needs of socialist society development.Practical guidance significance.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the actual situation of the teaching staff of private colleges and universities,this paper uses the methods of literature,case analysis,questionnaire surveys,field interviews,etc.,according to the "Guidelines for the Review and Evaluation of Undergraduate Teaching in Ordinary Universities" issued by the Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education.Relevant standards and indicators of the team.Taking NC colleges as research objects,analyze the current situation of the number of faculty members,faculty structure,teaching level,and teachers' scientific research capabilities of NC colleges and universities,and use the current status of NC college faculty members as an entry point to find out the existence of faculty development process Deficiencies.According to the survey,there are problems with the unstable number of teachers in NC colleges,the unreasonable structure of teachers,the weak professional ability of teachers,and the low level of education and teaching.By sorting out the reasons for these problems,it is found that there are factors such as outdated management concepts,imperfect management systems,and insufficient investment in teacher construction.Through data analysis and related field research,based on the specific analysis of humanistic management theory and two-factor theory,according to the problems and causes,the government,universities and teachers themselves are proposed at three levels to optimize NC college teachers: countermeasure The professional attractiveness of private teachers,improving the self-management of college teachers,and strengthening the guidance and promotion of the construction of teachers by colleges and universities,in order to promote the optimization of NC college teachers.
