In recent years,with the continuous deepening of China's education system reform,secondary vocational schools have played an important role in promoting the development of vocational education.At the same time,they have provided rich practical talents for socialism construction and made great contributions to the development of social economy.Especially in the current process of social transformation and upgrading,the demand for technical talents is more diversified,which requires the role of secondary vocational schools,the development of more scientific teaching methods,the improvement of teaching standards,and the realization of higher quality and full employment.Therefore,secondary vocational school students' professional values and career planning are increasingly receiving attention and attention from schools and government departments.In the part of theoretical review,by means of literature search,this paper sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign researchers on professional values,so as to provide theoretical knowledge guidance for the development of this study.In addition,from the perspective of outlook on life,world view and values and the actual situation of secondary vocational school students,the paper analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational school students' professional values,and on the basis of analysis of the causes,puts forward suggestions on the development of professional values.In the part of investigation,this paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey,interview method,case analysis method and other relevant methods to conduct investigation and survey,and the main objects are students and teachers of Sanhe Vocational and Technical Education Center in Hebei province.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,the development of vocational values of secondary vocational school students.This article through to the questionnaire,meaning the cognitive focus from employment,vocational evaluation and choice factors,expected salary,job type selection,environmental preferences and career planning of secondary vocational school students' vocational values,analyzing the present situation and problems of the development of secondary vocational students in choosing a career of personal feelings and way of life,interest orientation,pay attention to interpersonal relationships,attaches great importance to the stability,lack of management consciousness characteristics of professional association.On this basis,the paper found that professional values of secondary vocational school's students are arbitrary,blind and lack of long-term planning.From the social background,policy environment,family education,school education and so on,the paper made a deep analysis.By strengthening the students' outlook on life,world outlook,the values education,vocational education,consciousness cultivation,career planning and so on,a few suggestions are put forward to set up the correct occupational values.It is of certain reference significance for secondary vocational school students to grow into talents and promote high-quality employment and entrepreneurship.
