Professional values are increasingly becoming a key factor in influencing the competitive ability of secondary vocational school students.In today's society,however,some enterprises question some graduates' professional values such as career choice,self-image and professional dedication.Family factors is one of the important factors to influence the secondary vocational student's professional values,this paper taking D vocational middle school of Baoding city as an example,starting from the family education factors,studies about the secondary vocational student's professional values education management strategic problems.Through the analysis of the questionnaire of 260 students,the value of the Chinese vocational students was found to have the following characteristics: care more revenue than development;care more enterprises than private enterprises;love level of professional cognition.Survey data analysis showed that family factors include whether family atmosphere is harmonious,the discretion of the family economic conditions,parents' education level and home district.According to different family factors on the secondary vocational student's professional values,vocational schools should fully consider the influence of parents and other family members,active exploring actively of parent-school cooperative governance strategy.At the same time,it is also important to raise the professional values from the students themselves to set the correct values,the school arranges the career planning course and cooperation between the school and enterprise.
