In recent years,the results of students 'physical fitness test are not satisfactory,which is manifested by a significant decline in muscle strength.Studies have shown that muscle weakness and deterioration can cause muscle strain,arthritis and changes in body shape.When girls are 11-15 years old,it is a period of rapid growth in strength and quality.Therefore,as an important sensitive period of developing strength quality,junior middle school should arrange some strength exercises of upper and lower limbs and trunk in a planned and targeted way.Research was carried out using literature,experimental,mathematical statistics,questionnaires,and logic analysis.From the current needs of the junior high school girls preparing for the exam,starting from the characteristics of the physical and mental development of junior high school girls,the circuit training method commonly used in competitive sports is applied to the teaching of strength projects for junior high school girls.It is going to select the lower limb strength exercises required for standing long jump,the content is step jump and obstacle jump;the waist and waist strength exercises required for sit-ups,the training content is supine lifting legs and supine side lifting legs;the upper limb strength exercises required for solid balls,The content is pushing the wall with both hands,kneeling push-ups and standing support.The content of the strength training of the upper limbs,lower limbs,and waist and abdomen was rationally arranged,and the strength circuit training method was used to conduct experiments.The experimental subjects were the second grade girls of the two classes from No.54 junior high school in Nanjing and conducted an 8-week experimental study.Randomly select a class for the experimental class,using the strength circuit training means.The other class is a control class,using regular strength training.Choose 20 people for each class.Taking the scores of standing long jump,sit-ups and solid balls in the sports quality test project as the experimental indicators.By comparing the results of the experimental class and the control class,the impact of the practice method on the scores of the three projects was analyzed,and finally the conclusion was drawn.It provides ideas and reference for the teaching work of Nanjing junior high school girls' strength projects in the entrance examination for Senior high School.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The experimental selection of the strength training method is used as the experimental content to improve the performance of the junior high school girls' physical education quality test,and it is going to compare and analyze the content of regular strength training.The results of the long jump,solid ball and sit-ups were analyzed before and after the experiment.The practice content used in the experimental class has an impact on all three indicators.(2)After 8 weeks of training,the results of the experimental class have been improved to varying degrees.The results of the experiment showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the standing long jump project,but they were all improved,and the experimental group improved more.There were significant differences between the sit-ups and the solid balls,and the improvement scores of the experimental classes were compared with the results of the control class.The comparison is obvious.It shows that the power cycle training method used in the experimental class has significantly improved the level of sit-up and solid ball throwing of girls.(3)The experimental class divided several strength projects into several sites to practice,and the exercises had certain interest.The enthusiasm of the students can be mobilized during the practice of completing the site to enter the next site,thereby improving the state of the students practicing in the classroom.The project designed by each site is relatively simple and easy to master.It is in line with the characteristics of junior high school girls' strength exercises,which is conducive to enhancing the confidence of girls to complete the exercises and better promoting the development of strength.
