At present,many of the domestic training activities for the sprint movement,we know that in the domestic training for the sprint athletes,mainly for the upper limbs and lower limbs of the training,for the core parts,such as waist abdomen,bladder joint parts of the strength training is less concerned,As for the problem of controlling the stability of the athlete and providing effective exerting force support for the movement of the lower limbs in the flight stage,it is not very good to solve the problems of the athletes in the process of fast movement.Functional strength training as an effective way to solve this problem,if the functional strength training can be applied to the sprint athlete's strength training,the sprint athlete's overall movement level and the athletic ability promotion will have the positive promotion significance.Therefore,in order to promote the development and research of practical training methods suitable for sprint training,and to promote the development and innovation of sprint training methods and sports training means,this paper studies the design and application of functional strength training for junior sprinters.This research mainly uses the literature material method,the expert interview method,the experiment method and the mathematical statistics method and so on physical education science and the Social Research method,has carried on the research to the Nanjing Ninghai Middle School Athletics team 20 sprint athlete's functional strength training question,The results show that:(1)The functional strength training has a positive significance to the growth of the body core regional power of sprinters.(2)Functional strength training can significantly improve the muscle strength of the core area of sprinters and balance the effects of muscle on both sides of the athlete's torso.(3)The function strength training has the rib to the Sprint Athlete Foundation strength quality enhancement and the unsteady state muscle strength's exertion.(4)Functional strength training does not have obvious advantages in improving the absolute strength of sprinters.(5)Functional strength training plays a positive role in the promotion of sprint athlete's special speed quality.(6)Because of the difference of the developing law and development characteristic of the strength quality of the male and female athletes,the influence of nuclear tun and strength training on male and female athletes is different.On the basis of the full text analysis,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)attaching importance to the training of functional strength.(2)Pay attention to the reasonable choice of training method and training means.(3)Follow the basic principle of application.(4)The application should pay attention to the combination of Sprint sports special action points.(5)We should pay attention to construct and perfect the system of functional strength training and evaluation.The hope can provide certain reference for the sprint athlete function strength training work development.
