Research purpose: Students' physical quality in middle school in China displays a decrease trend for years,which is particularly prominent in a decline of strength quality,especially the core strength shows weaker.In this paper,we based on 12 weeks core strength training of high Grade One girls to make comparative analysis on PE class before and after the experiment,and explored the influence of core strength training for their constitution,which provide a reference basis for core strength training of high school students.Research methods: The thesis tries to get the experiment with two contrast groups in Grade One in the year 2015 in No.1 Middle School in Rugao,Jiangsu Province at the age of 16-17 years.Before the experiment,we conduct physical fitness test to all the participants,and eliminate someone who is inappropriate for secular motion.So we randomly select 19-person experimental group and 20-person control group from two classes respectively.The experimental group makes effective training time about one hour removing to organize activities and the relaxation time,thus the control group makes the normal recess activities and physical education learning.All subjects are taught with the same teacher,same teaching content,and experimented with period of 12 weeks.Do the same test on all subjects after experiment by the same inspector to use the same instrument.The indicators of Grade One girls are muscle strength(Sit-ups),lower-limb explosive force(Standing long jump),flexibility quality(Sit-and-reach),speed(50 meters)and endurance quality(800 meters).So we make analysis on each index data by using SPSS22.0,obtain the results in the form of “mean ± standard”,using P<0.05 as the standard to show obvious difference.Results:(1)Before test two groups have no significant difference in physical fitness indicate(P>0.05).And their grades have no statistically significant difference,basically in the same starting line.(2)After test the experimental group's grade of 50-meters,Standing-long-jump and Sit-ups are all better than the control one(P<0.05).(3)After test the experimental group's grade of Sit-and-reach and 800-meters have no significance difference than before(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The grade of Sit-ups improves obviously and has significant differences,which means that it is a great influence on the student abdominal strength for core strength training.(2)The grade of Standing-long-jump is also the same appearance,which is a great influence on the student lower limbs explosive fore.(3)The grade of Sit-and-reach has no significant differences,which is no influence on their flexibility quality.(4)Most girls have a great increase on 50-meters,which means it influence great on speed.(5)No obvious improvement on 800-meters and no influence on students' endurance quality.(6)It is necessary to put core strength training into PE and extracurricular activities class.
