An Evaluation Study About The Violation Of The Real Name Business In Yunnan Province

The popularity of mobile devices marks the arrival of the intelligent era.All communication operators keep up with the pace of the times.In the case of fundamental improvement of hardware facilities,they strive to respond to national policies and manage business channels carefully.However,the illegal operation of the"real-name"business has been difficult to solve in the mobile industry How to monitor the real-name business handling of local states and channels is the most concerned issue in the industry,Based on the data of the CMCC Yunnan Province's real-name business violation data in September 2018.this study uses the data of number of violations and mobile communication operators in Yunnan Province to build the evaluation models for the"real-name"business violations.Firstly,the traditional statistical content ofbig data is displayed.This includes the big data screening content based on the Oracle database,and the descriptive reports,warnings,work orders.After the index selection and preprocessing of the data,three methods are used to determine the index weights:principal component analysis weighting method,analytic hierarchy weighting method and entropy weighting method.Finally,the evaluation models are established,including five models:principal component analysis model,analytic hierarchy process model,TOPSIS model based on analytic hierarchy process,TOPSIS model based on entropy method and fuzzy mathematics evaluation model.The results of the exanple analysis are conpared with different weighting methods and evaluation models.Based on the model's two-two sorting coincidence degree and the sorting coincidence degree of each model and expert benchrmark,the rank-and-ratio method of comprehensive multi-evaluation method is innovatively established.The rankings are obtained:the "eal-name" business violations of Dehong,Pu'er and Kunming are the most serious,the situation of Nujiang and Diqing is the least serious.This research reflects the process from micro data to macro analysis.Starting from the evaluation model theory,combined with the multi-program comprehensive evaluation,the CMCC Yunnan company managers are given a scientific suggestion for statistical decision-making.
