Education is the foundation of a nation,and moral cultivation is the foundation of education.In the 2017 edition of the curriculum standard of physical education and health for ordinary senior high schools,the core accomplishment of physical education is proposed,which mainly includes sports ability,healthy behavior and physical morality.It can be seen that the core accomplishment of sports discipline is put forward in accordance with the development of the times and the higher requirements of education and training of talents.It has a promoting effect on the cultivation of all-round development and the accomplishment of the task of moral cultivation.The educational function of the small group teaching mode and the cultivation of the core accomplishment of the physical education discipline have the same essential characteristics.To a certain extent,the two complement each other.Appropriate practice means can promote the realization of the cultivation goal.From the perspective of the core accomplishment of the physical education discipline,taking morality and cultivating people as the foothold,starting with the reform of the teaching mode in the new curriculum reform of physical education,it is particularly important to carry out the experimental research of the small group teaching mode.This paper adopts the research methods of literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment,focusing on the perspective of the core accomplishment of physical education subject,starting with the investigation of the current situation of high school physical education teaching mode in Jinzhou city.Then,on the basis of analyzing the investigation results,the author grasps the application of the small group teaching mode in high school physical education in Jinzhou city and carries out this research.Through experiment design,experiment implementation and comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the difference in educational effect between the small group teaching modeand other teaching modes is verified,and the applicability and advantages of the small group teaching mode in high school teaching are summarized.The following conclusions are drawn: in a short period of time,there is no significant difference between the small group teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in promoting the improvement of students' physical quality;There are significant differences in the mastery of volleyball skills between the small group teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode.Small group teaching mode can promote the formation of students' sports habits,and small group teaching mode can promote the core accomplishment of students' sports discipline.Small group teaching mode has advantages in cultivating students' collective cooperation ability.In view of this study,the following three suggestions are put forward: first,in the process of carrying out physical education curriculum reform,high school schools should increase the reform of physical education teaching mode and try to adopt various forms of teaching mode as much as possible;Second,in the process of physical education teaching,high schools often adopt small group teaching mode in combination with the characteristics of teaching contents,thus promoting the formation of students' physical habits and facilitating the realization of students' lifelong physical education goals.Third,high school should put the cultivation of the core accomplishment of physical education and the application of small group teaching mode into practice,combine the two organically,and jointly promote the improvement of the quality of physical education.
