| In the teaching model of small group,students in the class are divided into equal groups by means of heterogeneous grouping,and the group leaders are elected by members of each group,under the guidance of teachers,a teaching model in which students learn and evaluate each other around general learning goals,general learning tasks,group goals and tasks to improve their Social cohesion,social adaptability,and cooperative ability.The small group teaching mode pays attention to the cultivation of the students’ competition and cooperation consciousness,which can make the students adapt to the group study better,and then have stronger social adaptability and competitiveness.In the process of teaching,teachers give full play to the characteristics of students’ autonomous learning,promote students’ active and positive learning with each other,and cultivate students’ comprehensive ability so as to improve teaching quality.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,according to the current research situation at home and abroad,from the concept of small group teaching model,the theoretical basis of teaching,etc.,multi-angle research on how to use small group teaching mode in Taijiquan teaching.Taking the students of Shenzhou martial arts school in Tai’an,Shandong Province as the experimental subjects,the experimental subjects were taught by the small group teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode respectively,and the 24-form Tai Chi Chuan was chosen as the teaching content,adopt multiple evaluation system and means.Through the research comparison and the mathematical statistics analysis,discovered that the small group teaching pattern is more helpful to the TAIJIQUAN study grasps.Through the analysis of the research results of the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The application of small group teaching model in Taijiquan teaching can effectively improve students’ interest in learning and improve their initiative,enthusiasm and creativity in learning.2.In the teaching of Taijiquan,the performance of the experimental class under the small group teaching mode is obviously higher than that of the control class under the traditional teaching mode,it is concluded that the application of small group teaching model in Taijiquan teaching can effectively improve students’ Taijiquanperformance.3.In the process of Taijiquan teaching,the change of teaching mode has no significant effect on students’ physical quality.4.The application of small group teaching mode in Taijiquan teaching can effectively improve the students’ psychological symptoms,reduce the students’ sense of learned helplessness and improve their mental health.5.The application of small group teaching model in Taijiquan teaching can improve students’ social adaptability and Social cohesion.The students have higher recognition and satisfaction for the small group teaching model,and the teaching effect is better. |
