Research On The Construction Strategy Of First-Class Undergraduate In Local Engineering Colleges

The undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education.The ministry of education convened a national university undergraduate education conference in June,2018,which announced insisting the basement of construct education is undergraduate education,and promoting the four regressions.In order to build first-class universities and first-class disciplines,universities and colleges in various places have introduced various policies and measures.However,in the process of construction,inevitable problems have arisen.Finding problems in time and taking measures can make the undergraduate construction of local universities more smoothly and efficiently.This paper combined the experience of first-class undergraduate construction in universities,analyzed the students' problems related to undergraduate construction,summarizes the problems existing in the undergraduate construction of local engineering universities and colleges,and studied how the local engineering could grasp this opportunity according to its own advantages.This paper are going to using system theory,Dewey Learned from doing theory and Humanistic theory as the theoretical basis,and defining the definition of Fist class undergraduate education,local engineering construction and undergraduate construction.The data of the questionnaire survey will analyzed by SPSS.22,and the causes of the differences in the questionnaire are planning to analyzed,and the problems in the undergraduate construction will be summarized.The advanced experience of undergraduate construction of Worcester Polytechnic Institute,Suzhou University and Sichuan University will list respectively on this paper.This paper will put forward five suggestions from five aspects: establishing first-class education concept,establishing first-class talent training mode,guaranteeing first-class professional settings and courses,improving first-class education environment and conditions,and perfecting the construction of first-classteachers,which can provide some reference suggestions for local universities to build first-class undergraduate education.Scientific concept of education can provide direction for the development of first-class undergraduate education.It can be improved the concept of education through the construction of three-round Education personality and the collaboration of teaching and research;the mode of talent training needs to start from two aspects of positioning and system;the establishment of first-class professional facilities and courses needs to be paid attention to and gradually improve the curriculum standards and process assessment,and at the same time diversify the curriculum resources.To improve the first-class education environment and conditions,it is necessary to allocate teaching resources reasonably,improve the construction of humanistic environment and foundation to ensure the realization of construction funds;in optimizing the first-class teaching staff,we can carry out classified evaluation system and strengthen the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
