| In 2015,the "double first" strategy was put forward to deepen reform in the field of higher education and improve its quality.Under this opportunity,universities and colleges actively participate in the construction of "double first-class" according to the existing experience and resources,and realize their own characteristic development.The results of the first round of "Double first-class" construction evaluation show that the implementation of the "Double first-class" policy has greatly promoted a large number of universities to improve their strength and stride towards world-class universities and disciplines.It is clearly pointed out in the "14th Five-Year Plan" that to improve the quality of higher education,we must build a high-quality education system,which depends on high-level teachers.Therefore,the development of local normal universities focusing on teacher education is urgent.When the second round of "Double First-class" is carried out,how to seize the development opportunity and overcome the development dilemma of local normal universities is the focus of the research,which can expand the research perspective for "Double first-class" related research and provide certain theoretical value.At the same time,it has certain practical significance for local normal universities to realize "double first-class".Combined with the overall environment of "double first-class" construction,this study takes local normal university as the research object,adopts literature research method,case study method and comparative research method.On the one hand,the core concepts of "double first-class",local normal university and discipline construction are explained.On the basis of niche theory,late-comer advantage theory and higher education system theory,To provide a supporting theoretical basis for research.On the other hand,the "double first-class" construction situation of A normal university,B Normal University,C Normal University and D Normal University at the present stage is studied,including the discipline construction situation,faculty strength,talent training,scientific research and social services,and so on,so as to sum up the construction effect of these four schools.At the same time,by comparing the overall development of local normal universities with the "double first-class" local normal universities,the practical problems of the construction of "double first-class" local normal universities are concluded.In response to emerging development issues,the study analyzed the construction plans announced by four local normal universities in the first round of the "Double Top" list and their construction results,drew on their development experience,and transformed the potential latecomer advantages of not entering the "Double Top" local normal universities into practical advantages.Based on the three dimensions of the "Double Top" construction plan,the following suggestions were proposed: First,adhere to the characteristics of teacher education while taking a comprehensive development path.The second is to build advantageous disciplines and drive the overall development of local normal universities with first-class disciplines.The construction of first-class disciplines cannot be separated from advanced and effective discipline organization models,reasonable discipline layout,and first-class teaching staff.The third is to take establishing morality and cultivating talents as the fundamental task,cultivate innovative talents through the reform of talent cultivation mode,and drive the first-class development of local normal universities with talents.The fourth is to emphasize the social service function of local normal universities,promote discipline construction and talent cultivation functions through social service functions,and achieve the goal of building a "double first-class" local normal university.This path mainly includes specific measures such as industry-university-research cooperation,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,construction of think tanks,and teacher in-service training. |
