It is an inevitable trend for our country to establish a new pattern of running public education and private education.In order to better adapt to this trend,the colleges to integrate “the people” and “the affairs” better.At present,the macro strategic structure has been formed in the management of “the affairs” of various universities and colleges,Organizational structure is relatively clear and stable.In the management of “the people”,there are generally some unsatisfactory places,such as:Lack of career development channel for teachers,Evaluation of teachers focuses on results and ignores processes,Neglect the improvement of teachers 'abilities.In the long run,this is not conducive to the stability of the teaching staff,and it is difficult to recruit and store outstanding talents.Therefore,choose to study the problems and optimization of the construction of the qualification management system for the X private college teachers in Mianyang City,aiming to promote private colleges and universities to truly realize the matching of people's posts and make the best use of them in the construction of teachers 'ranks,maximizing recognition value in the organization.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the operating status and existing problems of the job qualification management system in X private colleges and universities by applying the basic theory of job qualification management.The system introduces the process and basic method of optimizing the teaching and research qualification management system of the teaching and research post teachers in the X private universities,and emphasizes the design of the ability quality and behavior standards in the teaching and research post qualifications standards of the X private universities.Optimization and clear steps and measures are made to the teaching and scientific research teachers in X private colleges and universities in the process of qualification certification.Based on the comparative system,this paper analyzes the status quo of job qualification management in X private colleges,puts forward the factors of job qualification of teachers in teaching and research posts in private colleges according to the KSAO model and domestic and foreign research,and puts forward the design of the job qualification management system of X private colleges and universities.This is an important attempt to link the strong relationship between job qualifications and performance appraisal,the quantification of performance,and the promotion of talents.It distinguishes between the technical line and the administrative line dual-channel system,breaking the original rigid system and the idea of "eating rice",and will "be able to work more."
