Research On The Development Of Competitive Basketball In Universities In Hunan Province

Basketball is one of the most popular sports projects for college students.Among them,compared with mass basketball,competitive basketball has a higher level of sports and more enjoyment.It is generally received by people from all walks of life.Colleges and universities will continue to develop competitive basketball as the focus of sports management.The college sports basketball in Hunan Province started earlier,which greatly enriched the development of competitive sports in colleges and universities in Hunan Province.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the development process,especially in the management of basketball teams,the training of coaches and athletes,and the athletes.The letter of training and sustainable development of basketball is to be improved.This paper comprehensively uses literature,expert interviews,document surveys,mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct a wide-ranging and in-depth investigation and research on 12 colleges and universities in Hunan Province,master the development status of basketball competition in colleges and universities in Hunan Province,and analyze the influence of colleges and universities in Hunan Province.The factors of the development of basketball competition level,and put forward suggestions for improvement.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the level of basketball competition in colleges and universities in Hunan is still not high.There is a single talent structure,basketball coaches have insufficient coaching experience,and the contradiction between athletes' learning and training is still outstanding.The basketball team has fewer competition opportunities and the competition system is not perfect.The investment in the funds is too small,and the conditions of the venue equipment and auxiliary training equipment cannot meet the needs of modern competitive sports training.(2)The main factors affecting the level of basketball competition in colleges and universities in Hunan Province include the following aspects: the backward thinking about basketball sports;the imperfect system of college students' basketball;the lack of funds and the inadequate training facilities;the athletes and coaches The training method is not perfect;there is a lack of effective training for medical supervision and supporting management.(3)In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the following improvement measures: innovative ideas;optimize resource allocation,determine the projects suitable for colleges and universities to develop basketball;use social forces to improve the team mode;formulate and improve the management system of college competitive basketball,strengthen Supervise the strength;"people-oriented" to strengthen the management of basketball teams;optimize the training mode of coaches and the goal management mechanism of coaches;improve the training mode of athletes;design a model suitable for the sustainable development of competitive basketball in Hunan colleges and universities.
