Based on core technologies such as big data and cloud computing,"Internet +education" is breaking the traditional school-centered education system and represents the development trend of education in the future.To expedite the construction of education informatization,the ministry of education in the education informatization ten year development plan(2011-2020),"clearly put forward: in 2017,built digital education resources and the national basic public service system,the network learning space application accepted,teacher network learning space to carry out the study,for general use,corrects students’ papers,home visits,and guide students learning,autonomous learning in students commonly used network space,above all teachers and junior high school students basic implementation " ren ren tong".Among the provinces and cities that carry out “Internet + education”,Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province is one of the typical representatives.Over the years,the province has attached great importance to the development and construction of “Internet +”,and at the same time has carried out in-depth development of smart cities and achieved many good research results.And this "new model" can be quickly copied and promoted,integrating the whole process management from project feasibility analysis to fund raising to project landing.In the construction and application of the project,a beautiful "combination of fists" was played.At the same time,in terms of project construction,fund raising,system management,and application promotion,a "new surplus model" for the construction of smart cities that can be replicated and promoted was formed.Taking the application survey of "ren ren tong" in xinyu city as a case study,this paper analyzes the development status,existing problems,causes of problems,and puts forward countermeasures.Finally,it summarizes the experience,countermeasures and enlightenment.Targeted policy recommendations are put forward from two aspects of top-level design and implementation mechanism.
