At present,parents generally believe that allowing their children to enjoy superior teaching resources can add more chips for their children's development.Make the child occupy certain advantage in entrance examination?Most parents choose to "add meals" for their children,that is,to encourage or require their children to attend extracurricular training classes.Over time,this practice has formed a social trend.Under this background,the extracurricular training market has obtained the sufficient source of students.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of students' extracurricular training,many training institutions have appeared in tianjin.However,most of them have adopted similar operation mode,with serious homogenization of service projects,vague market positioning and lack of long-term goals.According to market experience,if a training institution provides multiple training programs at the same time,lacks brand awareness,and does not pay attention to user selection,it is bound to be unable to gain a firm foothold in the market.China has in many places canceled the "junior high school" examination requirements,the examination will become a watershed in the future development of primary and secondary school students,in order to ensure that children can win in the examination,parents will continue to pursue extra-curricular guidance.In this case,extracurricular counselling organization should grasp the market opportunity,fractionizing market,professional operation and development road,set up specifically for the middle of extracurricular training center,differentiation,targeted core courses,provide professional teaching guidance,thus won the favor of the parents and students,and gradually form their own core competitiveness.With this as the guide,the paper focuses on the establishment of extracurricular training institutions of zhuma education.Based on the feasibility of the project,starting from strategic planning,market situation,operation strategy and other aspects,the author made an overall planning plan for the existing training projects by using the academic achievements of the six modules of financial management system and human resources.First,make a comprehensive investigation of the internal factors and external environment related to the project,including the preparation team,education and training market,industry competition status,etc.,and conduct a SWOT analysis accordingly.Second,on the basis of the analysis conclusion,confirm the final market positioning of the project,refer to the 4P marketing strategy,quickly launch the brand of bamboo-horse training to the target group,establish the popularity,the operation team then follow up,complete the follow-up planning and effect evaluation;Thirdly,the financial team will comprehensively analyze the after-school training programs of zhuma education,estimate the possible risks in the operation,and formulate the corresponding solutions.After the above investigation and analysis,the author gives some affirmation to the feasibility of the project,and the project can obtain considerable benefits economically and socially.
