Creativity is the highest realm and ultimate goal of education.Graduate education is the highest level of talent cultivation in higher education.It is an important channel for the cultivation of top innovative talents in China's socialist modernization construction.It bears a special mission in cultivating national innovative spirit and creative talents.As an important part of higher physical education,postgraduate education in physical education shoulders the task of training high-quality,high-level and innovative sports talents for the modernization of the country.As the person in charge of postgraduate training,tutors play an important role in postgraduate training,especially in the cultivation of postgraduate creativityThis study used the methods of documentation,investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the P.E.Postgraduates of Henan University,Zhengzhou University and Henan Normal University.It explored the relationship between the guiding style of P.E.postgraduates and the creativity of P.E.postgraduates,and drew conclusions and put forward suggestions.Conclusion:1.There is no significant difference in the creativity of P.E.Postgraduates of different ages,grades and majors,but there is a big difference in the creativity of P.E.Postgraduates of different sexes.The creativity of boys is higher than that of girls.2.There is no significant difference in the guidance style of postgraduate sports tutors with different gender,educational background,professional title and number of instructors,but when the number of instructors is 4-6,the average value of the guidance style of the tutors is the highest(except for independent support).3.There is a correlation between the guidance style of P.E.postgraduate tutors and the creativity of P.E.postgraduates.The supporting guidance style of P.E.postgraduate tutors has a positive impact on the creativity of P.E.postgraduates,and the controlling guidance style of P.E.postgraduate tutors has a positive impact on the creativity of P.E.postgraduates.4.The guidance style of P.E.postgraduates has a significant predictive effect on the creativity of P.E.postgraduates,and the supporting guidance style has a significant positive predictive effect on the creativity of postgraduates,that is,the stronger the support guidance style of the instructors,the stronger the creativity of the postgraduates;the control guidance style of the supervisors has a significant positive predictive effect on the creativity of postgraduates,that is,the supervisor-controlled finger.The stronger the guiding style,the stronger the creativity of graduate students.5 The number of supervisors of P.E.postgraduates has a significant negative predictive effect on the creativity of P.E.postgraduates,that is,the more the number of supervisors,the weaker the creativity of postgraduates,and the predictive ability of the guiding style of P.E.postgraduates to the creativity of P.E.postgraduates is higher than the predictive ability of the number of supervisors to the creativity of P.E.postgraduates.6.There are obvious differences in the creativity of Postgraduates under different combinatorial guidance styles of P.E.tutors.When the guidance style of P.E.graduate tutors is high-support and high-control,students' creativity is the highest.When the guidance style of P.E.graduate tutors is low-support and low-control,students' creativity is the lowest.Recommendation:1.In the process of guiding postgraduates,the tutors of Sports Postgraduates should adopt the combined guidance style to guide postgraduates.They should not only provide necessary information and resources to students through academic support,interpersonal support and independent support,but also set goals for students and supervise them to ensure the time and energy investment of Postgraduates in scientific research,so as to stimulate research.Postgraduate creativity,improve the quality of postgraduate training.2.Physical education graduate tutors should combine the characteristics of physical education discipline,according to the actual situation of physical education graduate students,adopt the method of teaching according to their aptitude in the process of guiding graduate students,flexibly use different guiding styles to guide graduate students,so as to improve the creativity of physical education graduate students and improve the quality of training physical education graduate students.3.Sports postgraduates should understand and pay attention to the frontiers and hot issues of the subject through various ways and channels in their daily life,communicate and communicate with their tutors in time,and choose suitable research directions according to their specialties and interests,so as to improve their creativity.
