Innovation is the primary driving force for development and talent is the first resource.Postgraduate education is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.In recent years,the country has introduced a number of graduate education policies aimed at training innovative graduate students.However,at present,compared with developed countries,the level of postgraduate scientific research creativity still needs to be improved.The cultivation of postgraduate scientific research creativity is still the focus of education reform.How to effectively improve the level of postgraduate scientific research creativity has become an important topic in postgraduate education..China's graduate education mainly adopts the supervisor system to train master.Supervisor are important guides in their research,life,and job applications,and their influence on masters cannot be ignored.At present,there are not many empirical studies on guidance style in China.And supervisors' guidance is the key to postgraduate education.It is of great significance to explore the relationship between supervisors' guidance style and masters' research creativity.This paper combines the theory of leadership contingency with the theory of social cognition to build a model of the relationship between supervisors' inclusive guidance style and the research creativity of master.First,the model analyzes the role of supervisors' inclusive guidance style in master's research creativity.Second,it analyzes the mediating role of research self-efficacy in the relationship between supervisors' inclusive guidance style and masters' research creativity.Finally,it discusses the moderating role of innovation climate.This research validates the above assumptions with 509 questionnaire data from full-time masters through empirical research methods,and concludes that the supervisors' inclusive guidance style can promote the improvement of masters' research creativity,research self-efficacy plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between supervisors' inclusive guidance style and the research creativity of master;team innovation climate plays a regulating role in the relationship between supervisors' inclusive guidance style and the master's research creativity;team innovation climate plays a regulating role in the relationship between supervisors' inclusive guidance style and the research self-efficacy of master.Finally,this article gives some advices from the perspectives of graduate education organizations and supervisors.
