School sports is an indispensable part of students' growth and success.Under the background of the rapid development of people's health and sports awareness and sports activities represented by football,it is necessary to train much more professional and high-quality physical education teachers and update their teaching philosophy and teaching methods to adapt the increasing heavy teaching task which is especially important for the development of physical education in the rural areas of central and western China.In this context,The National physical education teacher training program indeed plays the role of “leading the demonstration” and “sending the charcoal in the snow”.In the past nine years,The National physical education teacher training program has undergone many improvements and adjustments.Especially after the second phase,it has made steady progress in improving the quality of physical education teachers in the central and western regions.However,there are still many problems in the National Training Program that need to be improved.On the existing basis,how the training tasks more efficiently with high quality is completed is the top priority of the current work.The present paper takes the National physical education teacher training project undertaken by Henan University as the research object,and optimizes it by referring to the PDCA cycle theory in management science.The purpose is to improve the quality of physical education teacher training of Henan University's National Training Program.It is also expected to further improve the quality of physical education teachers and promote the development of education in the rural areas of the central and western regions.This paper uses the literature method to review the status quo,main issues,related policies,development direction and relevant theoretical content of the PDCA cycle of the National Training Program;the questionnaire survey and the interview method are used to investigate the trainees and training units participating in the training from which the first-hand data is obtained;the mathematical statistics method is used to carry out statistical analysis,and the PDCA cycle in management is introduced to optimize the original training system so as to form a new training program.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:Based on the PDCA cycle,a PE teacher training system is constructed which can be divided into four aspects: the design and implementation of the training plan,inspection and assessment,adjustment and improvement.Training program——P aspect.It is mainly optimized for the training objectives,management institutions,course content,participants,and teacher's supervision mechanisms.(1)Change the original single training goal,optimize it as the overall goal,the course goal,and the classroom teaching goal,thus forming a three-level goal,which is conducive to the development of teacher training.(2)The optimization of the management team is mainly to establish different teams,clarify the responsibilities of different subjects and improve efficiency on the basis of ensuring the training quality.(3)The examination method should adopt the process evaluation,and determine the final score based on the assignment,attendance rate,test scores and so on.The assessment process should be recorded.(4)Increase the proportion of first-line teachers.A communicative platform should be established between theoretical teachers and practical teachers,provincial teachers and provincial teachers.(5)Establish a triangular supervision and feedback mechanism between the education department,the training unit and the trainees.Training program implementation——D aspect.(1)Introduce a tiny PDCA during the implementation of the training program,“discovering the problem-exposing the problem-solving the problem-confirming whether the problem is worth being solved.” This constitutes a double loop with the PDCA cycle,ensuring that the execution process of the training plan can identify and solve problems in time.(2)Introduce the theory of achievement transformation at the same time,use the transformation theory to analyze the factors that affect the transformation of training results to ensure the smooth implementation of the training.(3)The optimization of training courses mainly focuses on the reasonable arrangement of the proportion of practical courses and theoretical courses,increasing the proportion of technical and tactical courses.(4)Use the PDCA cycle to optimize the tracking guidance and implement tracking and guiding work.Inspection and assessment——C aspects.This stage is mainly to design the flow chart of the invigilation and assessment,and to develop indicators to ensure fair and impartial inspection and assessment.At the same time,the training unit conducts self-examination and finds out its own problems.Jointly promote the inspection and assessment work from two aspects.Adjustment and improvement measures——A aspect.This link mainly proposes corresponding improvement measures for existing problems and puts forward some relevant measures to improve problems that will occur in the future.At the same time,the responsibilities of the education department,schools,trainees,and training units should be clarified.
