In recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to secondary vocational education.In the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education issued by the State Council,it is explicitly proposed to speed up the development of modern vocational education,improve the informatization level of secondary vocational education,and support the development and application of virtual simulation training system matched with professional courses.Accountant is a highly professional type of work,and enterprises have higher and higher requirements for accounting.They should not only have excellent professional and technical ability,but also have strong learning ability and accounting literacy.The accounting profession in secondary vocational schools' trains skilled talents and high-quality workers.Therefore,in the process of accounting teaching,it is necessary to emphasize the practical operation ability so that students can turn complicated accounting theories into productive forces.Accounting practice teaching is an important way for students to exercise their practical operation ability.However,at present,accounting students in secondary vocational schools are not given enough training opportunities,resulting in the disjunction between accounting theory knowledge and practical work,and the lack of effective improvement of accounting professional skills.In order to solve the above problems,some schools have introduced simulation software,which is helpful to the improvement of accounting professional skills,but not obvious enough.The characteristics of accounting students in secondary vocational schools are very distinct.They are not strong in learning ability,but they are not weak either.Their practical ability is relatively strong.Their learning motivation changes with the stimulation of the outside world.Their learning methods and summarizing ability are weak.Then it is particularly important to use simulation software to improve accounting students' professional skills and to design teaching according to their cognitive characteristics.Under the guidance of constructivism,teaching system design,experience tower and other theoretical ideas,This study is analyzes the existing problems in accounting practice teaching in secondary vocational schools based on the enterprise's employment demand for accounting graduates.Firstly,it constructs the teaching design model of simulation software in accounting practice teaching in secondary vocational schools based on the constructivist learning-oriented teaching design model.Then,this model is applied to the accounting post business processing in the accounting training course “ comprehensive accounting training ”,which is an important and difficult course in accounting training teaching,and the effect of the implementation model is analyzed and studied from three aspects: the comparison of students' course results,the comparison of accounting skill competition results and the investigation of students' satisfaction.Research data are analyzed by SPSS and it is found that using simulation software teaching can effectively improve the learning level of accounting students,improve their learning attitude and improve their accounting literacy.
