| There is no doubt that human capital plays an important role in the process of a country's economic development.With the development of economy and the progress of society,our country also pays more and more attention to education,through the education investment of human capital.As well as the summary and study of production experience in practice,human capital began to show heterogeneity,some people can greatly promote production,some people have no great contribution to economic growth.The traditional human capital theory only regards human capital as the collection of homogeneous labor force,which can not explain the present situation of society well,which needs to involve the internal structure of human capital.Therefore,this paper takes31 provinces and cities in China as the research object.According to the different human capital structure,what kind of influence and influence will be produced in the social development and economic operation,on the one hand,enrich the current theory of human capital structure,on the other hand,It provides some theoretical basis for the optimization and distribution of human capital structure in real life.On the basis of combing and expounding the theory of human capital,the theory of human capital structure and the theory of technical efficiency,this paper makes an empirical study on the economic and population data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2016 by using stochastic frontier model.The results show that: first,during the period from 2000 to 2016,the average number of years of education in each region shows an increasing trend;The percentage of the population with primary school education continues to decline,while the proportion of human capital structure with tertiary education or above continues to rise,the human capital structure continues to optimize and upgrade,and people's education level is also constantly improving;From the regional point of view,there are obvious differences in the educational level of the eastern,central and western regions: the educational level of the eastern region is obviously higher than that of the western region,and the estimated value of technical efficiency obtained by empirical analysis is also significantly higher than that of the western region.Second,as far as the stock of human capital is concerned,the promoting effect on the efficiency of economic growth is not very obvious.Third,for the influenceof human capital structure on the efficiency of economic growth in different periods,the role of human capital structure in the process of economic operation in the current period is very obvious,and all kinds of educated human capital can greatly improve the efficiency of output.But this catalytic effect is only reflected in the current period.The human capital,which lags behind one stage of education,shows the inhibitory effect on the output efficiency,that is,the longer the time,the weaker the promoting effect of the human capital structure on the efficiency of economic growth.This shows that attention should be paid to the continuous updating of knowledge level,so that the role of human capital structure in promoting the efficiency of economic growth is not only reflected in the current period.Fourth,the study on the role of human capital structure in different regions on its growth efficiency,due to the economic development of each region,the employment market and labor mobility and other factors,There are also great differences in the influence of human capital structure in different regions.For the eastern region,people with various levels of education have different levels of education.The influence of force capital structure on the efficiency of economic growth is obvious,while the effect of human capital on the efficiency of economic growth is relatively obvious in the western region,which is the education level of primary school,junior middle school and senior high school.College and above human capital will inhibit the efficiency of economic growth. |
