A Cognitive Study On Sports Game Of Mongolian Nadamu By College Students In Hohhot

Cognition refers to the process of knowledge acquisition or application,or information processing,which is the most basic psychological process of human beings.It includes sensation,perception,memory,thinking,imagination and language.Cognition in this paper is realized,conscious and understood through thinking activities.That is,college students' understanding of sports games in Nadam.In order to improve the physical and mental health of college students,and promote the inheritance of Mongolian Nadam culture in universities.We take the Mongolian Nadam sports game cognition as the research objective.Based on literature,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,the cognitive situation of college students on sports games in Nadam and its important influence are studied by investigating and interviewing students,teachers and experts in Hohhot area,and the inheritance function of college students on national culture is analyzed.The findings are as follows:1.College students are not familiar with the general situation of sports games in Nadam.It was found that most college students(74.7%)in Hohhot have some knowledge about sports games in Nadam,but their depth is not enough.More publicity and learning are needed.College students in Hohhot are not only the group that inherits and protects Mongolian traditional culture,but also the group that carries forward Nadam sports games.Therefore,colleges and universities should pay attention to national culture and the propaganda of Nadam sports games.Let college students understand Mongolian culture and sports games of Nadamu Mongolian.2.College students are not familiar with the characteristics of sports games in Nadam.Results suggested that college students lack relevant knowledge about Nadam sports game rules,history and origin,basic spirit and depth of understanding.Colleges and universities should organize lectures on Nadam culture so that students can understand Nadam culture and the rules of sports games,so as to improve their awareness of Mongolian Nadam sports games.3.On the relationship between sports education and games in Nadam,college students tend to think that games in Nadam should be introduced into sports education.94.2% of Mongolian students and 57.1% of non-Mongolian students are willing to introduce sports games into physical education.Therefore,colleges and universities in Hohhot should improve the organizational mode of sports games teaching in Nadam,train sports teachers in Nadam.College sports teachers should strengthen the learning of sports games in Nadam and improve the skills of sports games in Nadam.4.College students of different nationalities have different perceptions of sports games in Nadam.Mongolian college students have the highest level of understanding,followed by the Han,and then by other ethnic minorities.5.College students of different genders have different perceptions of sports games in Nadam.Boys participated more in sports games in Nadam and are more willing to participate.Girls show a strong willingness to participate,but in fact they are less involved.According to the results of the present study,in order to better inherit and promote Nadam culture,we can start from the following two aspects.Firstly,we should strengthen the research on Nadam's sports and cultural value,highlight the national characteristics,and attract more participants with its unique activities and forms.Secondly,combining Nadam sports games with physical education curriculum and physical education teaching is a considerable way to enhance the practical application and practical value of Nadam sports games.
