Education is prosperous and the country is strong,while education is strong.The current level of educational development has become one of the most important indicators of a country's development potential and level of development.As a source of teaching and a source of education,teachers can even say that the quality of education depends on the quality of the teaching staff.Therefore,the gap in education can be traced back to the gap between the teachers.As one of the most important means of teachers'own knowledge and technology update,teacher training plays an important role in education and teaching.However,the current teacher training in China faces many problems.A typical feature is that the current situation of teacher training and the teacher's need for training cannot be fully matched.Therefore,the training cannot achieve the expected results,and it is urgent to improve and improve.Based on the high school biology teacher group,this paper investigates and statistics the current status and needs of the current high school biology teacher professional training through questionnaires and field interviews.Then this paper uses SPSS to carry out statistics and analysis of data,from the current high school biology teacher training training willingness,training environment,professional philosophy and teacher morality training,knowledge training,ability training and evaluation of current training mode to the current high school biology teacher The status quo and needs of the training were comprehensively and elaborately elaborated.The research results of this paper show that:in terms of training status,the current high school biology teacher training is rich in form,but it is not targeted and practical.The current high school biology teacher training content focuses on knowledge more than the ability,and the training status is more Large urban-rural differences;training needs,the training needs of current high school biology teachers are shifting to capacity training,and the demand for student-related training is significantly increased,but current high school biology teachers have lower training needs for research;training status and needs In contrast,the current status and needs of professional training for high school biology teachers show the characteristics of "the overall characteristics are similar and the details are outstanding".The paired sample T test shows that the matching between the teachers and the individual is less than 50%.In addition,the current match between the status quo and the demand of high school biology teacher training is the training environment,that is,the basic resources necessary for training institutions,training forms,training teachers and other training.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and improvement from three aspects:training organization,participating teachers and school level:training organization,clarifying the motivation of participating teachers and meeting the needs of teachers at different levels.Develop a diversified training model to improve the training environment.Innovate training content to promote professional development.Pay attention to the training of county and township teachers,and eliminate the urban-rural differences;the participating teachers themselves must establish correct training concepts,independently combine training needs and training content,and actively participate in the training process;the school promotes teachers to enhance their participation and awareness.Teacher training needs,do a good job of evaluation and feedback after training,and establish a linkage mechanism,peer promotion ability and theoretical thinking simultaneously.
