Jin Haiguan is a famous rural educator in modern China.In 1932,he went to Xianghu Rural Normal School as the principal.Until the end of 1956,he experimented with rural teacher education to promote rural construction.It lasted for 25 years and was in the history of rural education development in China.Occupy an important position.Exploring the research on rural construction and education carried out by Jin Haiguan in Xianghu rural teachers,summing up the experience and lessons of rural education construction,not only helps to deepen the study of Jinhaiguan's rural education thoughts and practices,but also helps to revitalize the rural areas.Providing some useful lessons can help the development of rural education in our country.At the beginning of the article,this study starts from the practice process of Mr.Jin Haiguan's educational activities,and introduces in detail the specific performance and characteristics of his rural education thoughts in different parts,so as to comprehensively and systematically discuss the development and effectiveness of his rural education thoughts and practices.After that,we continuously collected a large amount of literature and history materials related to Jinhaiguan,and divided them into categories to extract the essence of their rural education and education thoughts and practices.This paper analyzes Jin Haiguan's rural education thought and practice from a dialectical point of view,sums up the characteristics of Jin Haiguan's rural education thought,and reflects on its enlightenment and significance to the modern rural education revitalization and development.This thesis consists of six parts:the introduction part combines the background of rural teacher education reform,based on the current situation of the development of rural education,and the needs of academic community research,explains and clarifies the main concepts of rural teacher education,by means of educational literature research the historical research method and the biographical research method generally outline the basic framework of this thesis,and try to make a basic overview of the overall context of the full text.The first part of the text introduces the background of Jin Haiguan's rural education thought and practice.On the one hand,it is due to the rise of rural education construction,on the other hand,Tao Xiangzhi's influence and influence on rural education thoughts and Jin Haiguan's own educational practice experience.The second part of the text introduces the main components of Jin Haiguan's rural education thoughts,and systematically introduces his rural teacher education thought,health and hygiene education thought,basic education and production education thought.The third part of the text introduces the formation and development of Xianghu Rural Normal School,and Jin Haiguan's many educational experiments in Xianghu Normal School.The fourth part of the text combines the reality of the current rural revitalization and construction,and puts forward some historical inspirations for China's current rural construction.These revelations include that the current rural revitalization and construction must be based on the revitalization of rural education.The development of rural education requires the state and all sectors of society to provide funds for security.It is necessary to improve the wages and salaries of rural teachers and ensure that rural teachers' salaries are higher than urban teachers.Wage standards,strive to improve the social status of rural teachers,enhance the social honor of rural teachers,improve the physical environment and psychological environment of rural teachers'work on the basis of improving rural infrastructure,pay attention to the professional growth and development of rural teachers,and provide and enrich the countryside.Teacher development platform.The conclusion part is a brief summary and analysis of Jin Haiguan's rural education thought and practice from the perspective of modernization.
