Abstract/Summary:
The traditional teaching mode of kindergarten is a heavy burden for teachers.Every teacher should have knowledge of music,dance,painting,language and science.However,the scope of knowledge is too broad for teachers to be proficient in,and some teachers with relatively weak abilities do not have a deep understanding of some contents or even can’t master them at all,and teachers will lack the essence of knowledge when giving to children.In order to give full play to the accumulated experience and make full use of the professional classroom of professional teachers,we have been using the teaching method of divided classes in our kindergarten.We hope that children can learn the best teaching and enjoy the best equipment through professional teachers and professional classrooms.We have started the exploration of class teaching.Class teaching can effectively make up for the inherent disadvantages of the traditional class teaching system,effectively carry out teaching and regional activities for children,and truly achieve the goal of children to become the master of learning.In the process of studying in shenzhen,I learned that some kindergartens in shenzhen started to carry out class teaching in previous years,and the new century ethnic kindergarten I am in is located in the western region,which urgently needs to introduce new teaching mode to improve teaching quality.This paper makes an in-depth study and reflection on the development of class-based teaching in kindergartens,and tries to provide a useful reference for the development of class-based teaching,thus becoming a research representative kindergarten in western China.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part elaborates the research background,research significance,concept definition,theoretical basis and research methods,sorts out domestic and foreign research reviews,and lays a foundation for the follow-up research of this paper.The second part focuses on the analysis of the development of class-based teaching in ethnic kindergartens in the new century and the construction of relevant systems.The third part through the new century national kindergarten children,teachers,parents and the principal of the use of questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper summarizes the implementation of class teaching in the kindergarten effect and exposed problems.In the fourth part,specific improvement strategies are proposed to solve the above problems so as to make class teaching play a more effective role in kindergarten teaching.
