As the concept of education and the level of teaching continue to spiral forward,countries around the world pay special attention to the development of basic education,especially primary school education.The "compulsory class system" has become the "first choice" for the teaching management of primary school classes in many developed countries.From the new round of curriculum reform in 2001 to the present,China has been in the process of exploring the "crossing the river by touching stones".Our educational philosophy has also been continuously updated and developed,and the "package system" has gradually deepened into basic education.The “package-training system” implemented in developed countries is based on small classes,comprehensive curriculum,advanced teachers and educational concepts,and forms an organic education mechanism.In the context of the new curriculum reform,China 's basic education is gradually showing the integration of courses and small classes,and more and more attention is paid to the overall development of students;at the same time,it is concerned about the integrity and differences of students,focusing on teaching students according to their aptitude,stimulating and digging The potential of students.China's basic education concept in the context of the new curriculum reform is similar to that of developed countries' "package-based system",which can undoubtedly provide theoretical support and practicalreference for the implementation and experimentation of China's "package-based system".From the perspective of China's new curriculum reform,this study has collected and referred to the materials for implementing the "private class system" at home and abroad,taking Changsha A Primary School as an example,using literature research methods,observation methods,interview methods,questionnaire survey methods to comprehensively understand The implementation of "School Package System" of A Primary School in Changsha City.Through the investigation and analysis of the pupils and teachers in the A elementary school of Changsha City,combined with the problems found in the observation and investigation,the corresponding solutions are proposed.This research is composed of six parts: The first part is an introduction,which is mainly to sort out the research content and views of scholars at home and abroad on the "package shift system",as well as the research significance,research ideas and methods of this topic;the second part is mainly about The characteristics and principles of the charter system in the context of the new curriculum reform are discussed;the third part is mainly to investigate the implementation of the charter system in Changsha A primary school under the background of the new curriculum reform,from the reasons and measures for implementing the charter system Two aspects are analyzed.Among them,the measures implemented are to discuss the implementation of the "package system" in the context of thenew curriculum reform in Changsha City A Primary School from four aspects: the cultural construction of package classes,the selection and training of package teachers and the specific implementation of package courses;The fourth part,mainly Changsha City A In the context of the new curriculum,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the charter system is carried out,focusing on the two main subjects of students and charter teachers;the fifth part is mainly to analyze the emergence of the A-class school in Changsha during the implementation of the "class charter system" Problems;Part VI,mainly puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for the problems in the implementation process of the "School Package System" of the A Primary School in Changsha City in the context of the new curriculum reform;.
